Shipping policy
At NOVANURSESTORE, all products are made to order in partnership with our fulfillment provider Printful. This allows us to deliver high-quality, custom-made items while minimizing waste.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and external factors beyond our control.
In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately. This is due to differences in product type or fulfillment center locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical issues. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it is under their responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt or unclaimed status, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the order reshipped.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You should also notify us within 7 days so we can assist you. However, we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for orders marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
