Refund policy

At NOVANURSESTORE, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order products. Because each item is produced specifically for you, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements in the following cases: the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (wrong product or design received). To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unused and in its original condition. Proof in the form of photos or videos will be required to process your request.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or minor variations in color or print placement. All our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically after your purchase.

If your request is approved, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund depending on the situation. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is sent into production through our fulfillment partner Printful and can no longer be canceled.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not claimed by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or may lose the order without refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must first contact the shipping carrier and then notify us within 7 days. While we will assist you, we do not guarantee refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before opening any dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in denial of refund and restriction from future purchases.
